Clival and paraclival pathologies encompass a broad spectrum of benign and malignant lesions, ne - cessitating accurate imaging for precise diagnosis and management. Magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography are pivotal in evaluating these lesions, facilitating differentiation, and guiding therapeutic decisions. This study reviews the imaging characteristics, differential diagno - ses, and clinical significance of clival and paraclival pathologies.
