Bu aratrmada Cumhuriyet niversitesi Tp Fakltesi Aratrma Hastanesinde Kronik bbrek yetmezlii nedeniyle hemodialize giren 30 hastada antitoxoplazma IgG ve IgM deerleri ELISA yntemiyle lld ve kontrol grubuyla karlatrld. Hasta grubuna ait 30 serumun 23' (%76.6) antitoxoplazma IgG ynnden pozitif bulundu. Kontrol grubunda ise 19 serumda (%63.3) antitoxoplazma IgG pozitif bulundu. Her iki grupta da antitoxoplazma IgM dzeyleri negatif bulundu. istatistik! olarak hemodializ hastalar ile salkl bireylerde toxoplazma IgG sero-pozitiflii ynnden farkllk saptanmad (p>0.05).
