Kimura disease (KD) is a rare chronic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. It usually presents with regional lymphadenopathy in the head-and-neck region and swelling of the salivary glands and subcutaneous tissues. Periocular involve-ment in KD is rare. We report a case of KD on the eyelid as a rare cause of eyelid masses.
